MONOGRAMMING
For monogramming, be sure to fill in NAME or the the THREE INITIALS in this order: first name, last name, and middle name. The name or letters will be arranged and sewn out the way you entered them at the Check 0ut page under "Special Instructions."
For any questions on the font type, please click on the "Monograming - Font Types" on the Home Page. You will find the four monograms we offer along with the three initials in that font. You will choose your font and thread color on each item's page in the Option dropdowns.
We use a stable backing on all the embroidered items. We do use a tear-away backing, however, sometimes it leaves remnants that may be pulled off or will eventually wash away. Sometimes, there is a shiny plastic-looking material on top of the item where it has been monogrammed. This is water soluable and will disappear in your wash.
Please note, we will use a thread color you have chosen and that best shade that matches the material. If there is a color we have not included, please email us, and we will work to accomodate you.
